FROM THE M1 - JUNCTION 13:

From the Motorway Junction Roundabout Follow the signs to Woburn on the
A4012. About 1/2 Mile along this road turn left to remain on the A4012. At the end of this road, turn right at the T-Junction and follow this road (still A4012) until the next T-Junction in Woburn. Turn left and continue along Woburn High Street turning right onto Leighton Street opposite the The Inn at Woburn Hotel. Continue along this road (which eventually becomes Sheep Lane) for about 2 Miles. You will see Aspen Farm on your right at the end of a long gravel drive. (Look out for the Lambert Smith Hampton Property boards at the bottom of our drive).

FROM THE A5

Head North on the A5 from Dunstable or South on the A5 from Milton Keynes
until you reach the Large Roundabout Junction where the Flying Fox Pub/Restaurant is situated. (At this Roundabout you may turn towards Heath
and Reach and Leighton Buzzard or towards Woburn). Turn towards Woburn onto Sheep Lane and continue for about 1/2 mile, you will see Aspen Farm on your left at the end of a long gravel drive. (Look out for the Lambert Smith
Hampton Property boards at the bottom of our drive).
